About us

    Metal Producers and Merchants Association is a public organisation founded on 24 August 2001, and its goal is to unite metal producers and merchants to establish more tight economic and business co-operation between business persons of the Republic of Latvia engaged in business associated with metal trade and processing as well as to agree views on important matters.

    Objectives of the Metal Producers and Merchants Association include to represent professional interests of the members in the government institutions and local governments; to promote business environment regulation in the fields of its members' concern; to provide members with informative and legal information, analyse laws regulating metal production and trade industry, work out suggestions to improvement thereof, take part in development of new regulations, promote experience and information exchange with the other organisations.
